Sarah Clemence, was born on November 11, 1687/8. the daughter of Richard Clemence and Sarah Smith. [1]
She married John Angell Jr. prior to her father Richard Clemence's will dated January 2, 1720/1, in which he names among his heirs daughter Sarah Angel. [1] Her husband John was born at Providence about 1667, son of John Angell and Ruth Field. [2]
Her mother Sarah (Smith) Clemence wrote her will on October 11, 1725. In it she left shares of silver and clothing for her three daughters, including Sarah Angell. [1]
