Biography
Neil was born in 1932. He is the son of James Clemens and Lillian Payton.
Neil married Vivienne Eccles and they had a daughter born named Deborah.
Neil worked as a Sales Manager then Investment Consultant later moving into the area of Estate Sales.
After the death of Vivienne he later remarried and had 3 more children to June Stiller.
He passed away in 1990 age 58 and is buried in Fairhall Cemetery. [1]
