Notes
Note N74Marriage Notes for MARY CLEMENS and ELMER DURST: "The attending couple was F. Etta Clemens and Edgar E.E. Durst." It was a very happy occasion, but "within a day or two the whole family, including the bride and groom, were down with the measles." They lived in what was known as the "Long House" in Osceola Flats. They alternated between there and the camp at the mill near Brazil's until late in the fall when they moved up to the new mill in North Osceola. They lived in the old hop kiln that had been hastily rigged up to live in. From: Osceola - "Jewel of Tug Hill" p. 222-223
