Biography
Daniel Winch Clifton was baptised in Ticehurst Sussex on 16 August 1752, he was the son of Daniel Winch and Mary Clifton. Register notes show 'Base born son by Daniel Winch, the reputed father'. [1] [2]
He married Sarah Rayner in Egerton on 5 October 1776 [3]
Daniel died in Egerton in about 1837, aged 84.
