Marie was born in 1910. Marie Cline ... She passed away in 1993. [1] She was born Dec. 22, 1910, at Scottville, a daughter of Marion A. and Bertha A. Brownlow Cline. She married Walter J. Raney in 1932 in Bloomington. He died Aug. 18, 1963.

Obituary[2]

The Funeral Of Marie I. Raney, 82, of 1925 S. Main St., Bloomington, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Metzler-Froelich Memorial Home, Bloomington.

The Rev. Vernon L. Oakley will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Holder. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the memorial home.

Mrs. Raney died at 12:27 p.m. Sunday (July 4, 1993) at Scotchwood Healthcare Center, Bloomington.

urvivors include four sons, J. Lee King, Bloomington; Charlie Raney, West Fork, Ark.; John W. Raney, Dayton, Ohio; and Robert D. Raney, Bloomington; two daughters, Rose M. Caves, Largo, Fla.; and Patti S. Myers, Oglesby; a brother, Tom Cline, Atlanta, Ga.; 28 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
