I did a little checking on this situation. Here is the link so you can double check my understanding, but it looks like you just leave it as is. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Deletion_FAQ#What_if_a_profile_represents_a_person_who_never_existed.3F

You probably could remove yourself as manager, though, since there isn't anything to manage.

Shouldn't this profile have the father's surname instead of the mother's maiden surname ?
