Nancy Cloud was born on Jan. 17, 1777 in North Carolina Colony. Her parents were: Joseph Cloud and Polly (unknown) She married William Gaines on January 1, 1797. She died on Oct. 10, 1954 in Bridgeport Jackson Co., Alabama and is buried there with her husband in Rocky Springs Cemetery.
