Francis Clough was born in 1777 and baptised at St Peter's church in Leeds, Yorkshire on 14 February 1778.[1]

Francis Clough ... He passed away in 1849.[2]

Research Notes

The Leeds baptism sourced above is consistent with the birth date and most likely. If the birth date was incorrect then an alternative baptism of 24 August 1777 in Easingwold, Yorkshire is also possible although it is some distance from Leeds.[3]
