Mary was born on 27 May 1831 & Baptised on 26 June 1837 Leeds, St. Peter, the daughter of Benjamin Clough & the late Charlotte. Date of birth included in entry. [1] [2]
The marriage of John Poppelwell (widower) & Mary Clough was conducted on 1 August 1853, Birstall, St. Peter, Yorkshire. Father of bride & groom noted as Benjamin Clough (farmer) & John Popplewell (Yeoman). [3] [4]
