Biography

Samuel Barney Cobb was born on May 1, 1851 in St. Lawrence County, New York, United States, son of Harvey Churchill Cobb (1819–1909) and Charlotte Elizabeth Wilmarth (1818–1886).[1]

Samuel had a sister, Rhoda Loretta Cobb (1857–1940).

Samuel married Fidelia Elizabeth Green (born on November 3, 1858 in Hamburg, Fremont, Iowa, United States). Their known daughter was Myrta Mae Cobb (1880–1968)

Samuel died on July 10, 1931 in Morrison, Whiteside County, Illinois, United States, aged 80. He was buried in Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison.[1]
