Biography

Andrew Jackson “A. J.” Coffey was born in December 1833 in North Carolina.[1]

He married Louiza Jane Hutchinson on 1 September 1851 in Grainger, Tennessee.[2][1]

He was a farmer when he and Louiza appeared on the census of 19 June 1860 at Ozark County, Missouri.[3]

He married Rachel Imes [1]

He married Mrs. Nancy Tannehill of Dugginsville, Missouri on 10 January 1894, in Pontiac, Ozark County, Missouri.[1]

Andrew died on 3 December 1903 at Dugginsville, Ozark County, Missouri and was buried at Sanders Cemetery, Gainesville, Ozark County, Missouri. His memorial has a photo, a copy of his obituary and extensive biographical material.[1]
