According to Klayder, Henry Coffey and his wife Mary are believed to have had a daughter named Mary and they are known to have had a daughter namedMargaret. Burial records show she was buried in grave No. 165 in the Waxhaw Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Lancaster Co., S.C. She married a Mr. McMean and they had one child, a son, born 5 May 1792, died 10 May 1792, who is buried in the same cemetery with his mother. Inscriptions on their tombstones read: In Memory of Margaret M'Mean, daughter of Henry Coffey, who died 22 Aug 1795, aged 24 years. Also her son died, May 10, 1792, age V days.'
