Dinah (Coffin) Starbuck descends from Tristram Coffin Sr, a Nantucket founder.

Birth

Dinah was born on July 1, 1674 to James Coffin and Mary Severance in Nantucket.[1]

Marriage

Dinah married Nathaniel Starbuck on November 20, 1690 in Nantucket.[2] Dinah and Nathaniel were first cousins.

Dinah and Nathaniel had seven daughters and three sons all born in Nantucket:[3]

If Dinah is the daughter of James Coffin and her husband is the son of Mary Coffin (Starbuck), doesn't that make Dinah and her husband first cousins? It looks like both James and Mary were children of Tristram and Dionis (Stevens) Coffin....Or am I missing something here?
