Felicia was born in 1849 in Fenton Staffordshire England ad she died in the Newington Asylum 1905. She married William Howe in Fenton 1869. Felicia and her eight children stayed in England after William went to Australia in 1887, setting sail to join him the following year they arrived in Australia 1 Nov 1888 on the 'ORMUZ', the children were aged 17 to 1 when they left England. She died in the Newington Asylum after a long illness. She re-married to Joseph Waterworth in 1899 but cannot find any trace of him.
