Rebecka Colby was born at Salisbury on 11 : 1m : 1643,[1] that is 11 March 1643/4 (the new year started then on 25 March). Salisbury at that time was part of Norfolk County in the Massachusetts Bay Colony.[2]
Rebecka was the daughter of Anthony Colby[1] and his wife, Susannah.
Rebecca Colby married John Williams, jr, on 9 September 1661 at Haverhill, Massachusetts.[4] Haverhill was part of Norfolk county from 1643 until 1680 when it became part of Essex County.[5]
Children were: Sarah WILLIAMS, Mary WILLIAMS, Rebecca WILLIAMS, Infant daughter WILLIAMS, Mercy WILLIAMS, Susanna WILLIAMS.
Rebecca Williams, the wife of John, jr, died on 10 June 1672 at Haverhill, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.[6]
