Cole-1036 and Cool-103 do not represent the same person because: There are two different set of parents attached. Sources indicate different parents and baptism dates, One spouse is attached to both profiles.

Both profiles have the same death date but different locations. More research needs to be done first. Determining if these two profiles share the same parents or not.

Cole-1036 and Cool-103 appear to represent the same person because: Clearly a match. The correct LNAB is Cool, based on his baptism record.
