Biography

Frank Cole served as a Sergeant/Chaplin in Company F, 3rd Regiment Texas Cavalry, CSA. He enlisted June 3, 1861 and was with the regiment when it surrendered at Citronelle, Alabama on May 4, 1865.

Frank had two nephews who served with him in the 3rd Regiment Texas Cavalry: Levi H. Cole and Leander W. Cole.
