- 7/29/2014 Anita McCray furnished information from an 1860 census of St. Clair Co, AL Springville Township 14 & 15 page 519. The birth dates of the children James and George were not included. Also, 1850 census of Carroll Cty, GA
07/29/2014 Anita McCray information from a book she has on St.Clair marriages where Louisa's last name is listed incorrectly as Timmons instead of Simmons. It also said that John Coleman had been married before to Syntha Cockrum in Hall County, GA on 04/06/1831. In addition, marriages were listed for his sons Henry, Phillip, Washington Riley, and Hiram.
