Biography
Charles was born in 1870.
According to his death certificate he was born in South Carolina.
He married Dora Catherine Wilhoit, 17 Sep 1894.[citation needed]
He passed away in 1912[1][2] and is buried in Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, California.[3]
