Biography

Fannie was one of at least 4 known children born to James T. Coleman and Rosa Ellen Nichols Coleman. She married Jesse Hugh Whisenant in 1907, according to FamilySearch.org and with him had at least 6 known children. Her children included Vaughny., Coleman Hugh, Geneva, Robert, Rosa, Vernis Carroll ( VC), and Bonnye. Vaughny died during her first 10 years of life and may have died as an infant.

She was a lifelong Texan, having been said to have been born in Grapevine. She died in Plainview in 1968.
