Biography

Thomas B. Coleman, son of William Ragsdale Coleman and Sarah (Newport) Coleman, was born on 12 Oct. 1833[1] in South Carolina.

He married Martha Jane Simpson.[1]

He was a farmer when he and Martha appeared on the census of 12 June 1880 at Lavaca, Texas.[2]

Thomas died on 12 Nov. 1919 and was buried at Hallettsville City Cemetery, Hallettsville, Lavaca County, Texas. His memorial has a photo of his headstone and links to those of family members.[1]
