There is considerable confusion about this family and the changing of the family name names.
The Coleman was part of the christian name we think but the children seemingly took on the Coleman name and at James's death or even before. (But I am unable to locate his documented death, yet 2015. Errey-83)
(James is more often than not named John just to add to the confusion. Any help or evidence would be appreciated. Neil Errey)
This is renounced eye-stead.
"The eldest child was registered under the family name Coleman and in later years the family dropped the Isted and called themselves Coleman" Elizabeth Davidson
errey-83 Neil Errey Can you help with this confusion?
