Bessie Ann Collier Peterson, 93, died Feb. 27 at Hays Medical Center- St. Anthony's Campus in Hays. Survivors include a sister, Alice Samson of Atwood, Kan., a nephew, Gene Samson and wife Patsy of Atwood, Kan.; great nieces and nephews and their families. Funeral services were set for 10 a.m. Thursday, March 3, at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Atwood with the Rev. Delbert Stanton as officiant. Concluding services at the chapel will be conducted by the Rebekah Lodge #331 of Atwood. Memorials may be addressed to the Rebekah Lodge #331. Williams Funeral Home, Inc. of Atwood is in charge of the arrangements. [1]
