Rose Ellen Collins, the daughter of John Daniel Collins and Theodosia Ernest, was born 24 May 1889 and she passed away on 4 May 1928 in Mound Township, Payne County, Oklahoma. She is buried in the Ingalls Cemetery, Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma.^[1]
