• Note: As there were several Tabitha Collins in the Spotsylvania area, it is possible this marriage for Benjamin was for a Tabitha (b about 1730, possibly a daughter or niece of one of the sons vs a daughter of Joseph and Susannah Lewis. 1806 - At the time of her death in Elbert County, Georgia, she was the widow of John Marshall Hollyday. In her will she names her daughter Mary Foster Rowsey.^[4]
