On Friday, the 17th day of July, 1857, at the late residence of Hiram Collins, dec'd., in Clay township, Morgan County, Indiana, I will ?? at public auction the personal property of said deceased, consisting of: 1 horse, 2 cows and calves, hogs, sheep, household and kitchen furniture, farming utencils, Standing meadow, and other articles. A credit of nine months will be given on all sums over $3, the purchaser to give his note with approved security, waiving relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
