Biography
Doris was born in London[1], daughter of John Collis and Edith Ward and married Edwin Andrew Hoskins in 1923[2]. They had at least one child born in London. They migrated to New Zealand, possibly in the 1950s. Doris and Edwin became naturalised NZ citizens in the 1978[3].
Their son Edwin John was born in Orpington in Kent 1926[4] and in 1939 they were living with Doris' mother in Reading[5]. In 1945 they are still in Reading[6].
No other confirmed children have been found.
