Biography

Agnes Compton was born about 1565 based on the date of her marriage.

She married Thomas Tonge on 6 February 1584 at Alcester, Warwickshire, England.[1] Thomas and Agnes had about 16 children:

Research Notes

According to Cracroft's Peerage[17] and Collin's Peerage Henry Compton, first Baron Compton of Compton, did not have a daughter, Agnes, with his first wife, Francis Hastings, or his second wife, Anne Spencer.
