He married Betsey Hosmer, at Concord, Massachusetts on December 6, 1812 at Concord. Betsy was born at Concord, Massachusetts on on January 18, 1792, daughter of Amos and Lucy (Meriam) Hosmer.[2][3]
She died at Concord on January 31, 1831, aged 39.[2][3]
Cyrus was appointed administrator of the estate.[4]
On October 28, 1893, Emily Conant certified that statements made to the court in petition were true to her knowledge. She further provided a statement that her brother Cyrus had died on September 3, 1893, without completing discharge of her father's estate, and asked to be appointed administrator with full approval of her siblings, Darius and Eliza A. Conant.[4]
