Bethiah Conant was the daughter of John Conant and Bethiah Mansfield. She was born on 14 October 1684 in Beverly, Massachusetts. [1] On 25 October 1713, Bethiah married Jonathan Herrick, as his second wife, in Beverly.[2] Bethia and Jonathan had, at least, six children before his death in 1724. Based on Jonathan's probate case, before 18 September 1724, she married Timothy Spaulding of Westford, Massachusetts.[3] On 4 December 1759, Bethiah passed away in Westford, Massachusetts.[4]

Research Notes
Per Find-A-Grave she remarried Timothy Spaulding. The memorial appears to be a virtual memorial #71181419 . This does not match Beverly vital records which indicate Bethiah died as a widow in 1774. The Bethiah mentioned in Find-A-Grave passes in 1759 and that can be verified in Westford vital records, although the name is spelled differently.[4]
Beverly vital records are in error with respect to Bethiah Herrick wife of Jonathan passing in 1774, it may be her daughter since there is no proof found regarding her marriage to Benjamin Fletcher. Bethiah did marry Timothy Spaulding of Westford. Middlesex probate case 11192 clearly states she remarried and her husband was Timothy Spaulding.[3]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Bethiah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Bethiah:
Unknown-364434 and Conant-847 appear to represent the same person because: Bethia Conant first married Jonathan Herrick and had six children before he died in 1724. Middlesex probate case 11192 initial has her as a widow, by 18 September 1724 she had married Timothy Spaulding of Westford. Unfortunately, I haven't found a marriage record, but it is documented by the probate record. Source: Middlesex County, MA: Probate File Papers, 1648-1871.Online database. AmericanAncestors.org. Conant-847 and Conant-387 appear to represent the same person because: Your Bithiah did not appear in my initial search. I should have looked for her father first.
