Biography

Frances was born 21 February 1887 (calculated) in Marion County, West Virginia.^[1] She was the daughter of Robert Conaway and Elizabeth Whoolery.

Fannie died of burns on 5 May 1889,^[2] and she is buried in the Monumental Methodist Church Cemetery near Barrackville.^[3]
