Biography
Ruth was born in 1798, in Shenandoah, Virginia, to William and Sarah Conner. She married Lawrence Harbaugh in 1925, in her hometown. They had nine children. She died in Laurens County, Iowa, in 1877, at the age of 78. She is buried beside Lawrence in Muscatine, Iowa.
