Samuel Consales was bp. on May 4, 1737 at Macheckmak-Deerpark, Orange, New York. Baptism was recorded at the central Reformed Dutch Church of Kingston, New York^[1][2]

Birthdate: May 4, 1737, Birthplace: Port Jervis, Orange, New York.

Port Jervis would be Macheckmak-Deerpark. The Mahackemeck Church, organized in 1743, and was located at Macheckmak-Deerpark, now in the city of Port Jervis, Orange Co NY. Port Jervis did not exist until 1853, when the Delaware and Hudson Canal was finished.
