Thomas Cook, son of John Cook and Hannah (Macy) Cook, was born in September 1813 in North Carolina.[1]
He married Sina "Siney" Lewis, daughter of George W. Lewis and Macy (Mankins) Lewis,[1]
Thomas died on 20 January 1867 in Arkansas and was buried at Austin Cemetery, Beacon Addition, Benton County, Arkansas. His memorial has photos, biographical material and links to those of family members.[1]
