Biography

ELIZABETH2 BOHANNON (WILLIAM1) was born May 20, 1769 in Virginia, and died August 2, 1821 in Columbus, Hickman Co., Kentucky. She married (1) JESSE COOK September 1, 1785 in Henry Co., Virginia, son of WILLIAM COOK and MARGARET JONES. He was born 1764 in Virginia, and died April 28, 1792 in Old Innis Fort, Franklin Co., Kentucky. She married (2) JOSEPH EDRINGTON June 4, 1793 in Woodford Co., Kentucky, son of JOHN EDRINGTON and MARGARET PRICE?. He died July 25, 1826 in Hickman Co., Kentucky.

Jesse Cook and his brother Hosea were ambushed and killed in 1792 in Kentucky, one of the events that preceded the War of 1812
