Biography
Phebe was born on 3 Feb 1774 in Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony. She was the daughter of Joseph Cooke Jr. and Elizabeth (Barker) Cooke.
She married Moses Hewitt on 10 Oct 1797 in Marietta Territory Northwest.[1]
She died on 15 Sep 1834 in Athens, Athens, Ohio. She was buried in West State Street Cemetery.[2]
