Biography

Clarence was born in 1928. He was the son of Charles Cook and Bessie Tate.^[1][2] He passed away in 1948.^[3]

Clarence served in the Merchant Marines in the 1940's and white on leave from duty he met had an automobile accident high killed him and only in his 20's, pitiful he died before having a family.
