David was born about 1773. He is the son of David Cook and Sarah Pullin. David married Nancy Middleton on October 13, 1806 in Lincoln County, Kentucky and after Nancy's death, he married Polly Tranham. He passed away in 1831 and buried in the Goshen Church Cemetery in Brown County, Indiana. [1]
