George Washington Cook was born 19 Mar 1851 in Chatham County to John J. Cook and Mary Elizabeth Johnson. [1] [2]

George was a farmer, married first on 02 Feb 1873 at Chatham County to Martha Elvire Morris, [3] and they had children: [4] [5] [6]
