Biography
Hiram was born in 1800. Hiram Cook died after 1860 (in Arkansas? Buck-717 16:37, 27 May 2012 (EDT)) [1]
Hiram is found on the 1850 Scott Co. Census in AR. Living two dwellings up from him is an Anderson Cook, who I believe is his son. The reason why is because Hiram's wife's last name was Anderson. Anderson's children have some of the same names as Hiram's and Roseanna's. [2]
