Biography

David Cook was born on February 25,1756 in York County, Pennsylvania and was a son of Valentine Cook (abt.1730-1798) and Anna Susannah (Baughman) Cook (1732-1807). David married Sarah Pullin on June 21,1778 in Virginia. He came to Kentucky in 1779, bringing his family to Boughman's Station. and captain of Holder's Company in Lincoln County Milita of the Kentucky Regiment in 1799. David Cook was at Fort Boonesboro 1800-1804. He passed away on March 13,1824 in Lincoln County, Kentucky and his burial details are unknown. [1] David and Anna had seven children.
