Azubah married first Samuel Benham, son of Nathan & Mary (Unknown) Benham, on 1 Mar 1753 at Farmington, Hartford, CT - parents of Lucy
After the death of Samuel she married Amos Hitchcock, son of Nathaniel & Elizabeth (Mansfield) Hitchcock, on 3 May 1759 - their children were Asahel, Lucy, Jason, Samuel, Ambrose, Irene, Violetta & Hunn
