Zimri Cook, son of Daniel Cook, was born in Wrentham [Massachusetts], June 3, 1772. "He was an honest, upright citizen." He married Joanna Ballou on November 7, 1793. She was born in Cumberland, Rhode Island Feb 25, 1775. She was "a good wife, gifted in mind and body." Zimri died at Mendon [Massachusetts] April 10, 1812 and his will is filed at Worcester. [1]
