Biography

David Edward Norries Cook was born on Mar. 24, 1890 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia to David Edward Cook and Leah Ann (Mustchin) Cook.[1]

He enlisted in the Army Citizen Military Forces and served as Sergeant.

David died on Jan. 15, 1941 and was buried at Rookwood Necropolis in Sydney, New South Wales.[2]
