Obituary

HENDERSON - At her home near Medora, Saturday evening, February 19th, 1887, of paralysis, Mrs. Daniel Henderson, aged seventy-nine years.

Mrs. Henderson was born in Virginia in the year 1808. When she was but two years old her parents moved to Kentucky, and in 1849 she became a resident of this state, settling near Mt. Sidney.

In 1830, she was united in marriage to Daniel Henderson, now deceased, and to them were born nine children only two of whom, - John T. Henderson, of this city, and James Henderson, of Union Village, IN, - are now living.

She has been a consistent member of the Baptist church for over sixty years. Her remains will be laid to rest in the cemetery at Mt. Sidney, to-morrow.
