Cooke-2279 and Cooke-3530 appear to represent the same person because: Hi! It seems pretty clear to that these are two profiles of the same woman. It also doesn't seem like "Twin" was actually part of her name, but that she was one of a set of twins. I came at this through the Moulton genealogy, the family that Mary married into. Cheers!
