1820 Permelia Cook was born 24 May 1820[1] or 24 May 1821 in New York, USA.[2] She was the daughter of Israel Cooke and Anna Hilts.
1860 At the time of the 1860 US Census Permelia and her husband, farmer Abram Bender, were living in Plainfield, Waushara, Wisconsin, United States with their children.
