She married John C Skipper. In 1900, they were living in Dothan (excl. Dothan town), Henry County, Alabama.[2] By 1910, they were in Dothan, Houston, Alabama.[3]
Martha and John were mentioned in the death records of their children:
Martha passed away in 1918. Her death certificate states her death was on 12 Mar 1918.[6] However, her grave states 13 Mar 1918, and spells her middle name as Vandaley. Burial was in the Dothan City Cemetery in Dothan, Houston, Alabama.[7]
