Seth Cooley is husband of Samuel's daughter Elizabeth. Another of Samuel's daughters, Susanna, a twin with Sarah, supposedly died in 1759 shortly after birth. But from this deed, it looks like it was Susanna who survived.

Summary: Oneida Co NY Deed Bk 14 p 208, 209 Deed dated 1 Sep 1806, Samuel Winship to Seth Cooley, 93 acres. Samuel "has become infirm and unable to provide and take care of self and family." Seth will support Samuel "and his wife Sarah who is now insane and also their daughter Susanna Winship a single woman during their natural lives."

That seems to be Interesting information not usually found in deeds...
