While still young, he accompanied his father's family move to Brimfield, MA, where in 1730 he married Elizabeth Charles.[5] They had four children together before Elizabeth died in 1743.[6]
A year later, Benjamin married 19-year-old Mary Needham.[7][8] They had six more children together. The family had moved to Quabbin (Greenwich), MA by 1746 where they settled for many years. In their later years after the end of the Revolutionary War, Benjamin and Mary joined some of their children who had moved to Vermont. Benjamin died in Pittsford, VT in 1790 and was buried there with his wife, who passed away nine years later.
Researcher Randolph-1145 has identified an autosomal DNA segment which which may have passed from either Benjamin Cooley or Margaret Bliss to their son Benjamin Cooley: Thomas Fitz Randolph (GEDmatch kit M011134) and R. Douglas Anderson (GEDmatch kit M612162) share a 15.5 cM segment on Chromosome 1 from 190,325,645 to 203,909,013. MRCAs have been tentatively identified as Benjamin Cooley (1681-1745) and Margaret Bliss.

With regard to the comment about questionable marriage if one looks at the profile for Keziah the wife, for whom there appears to be no historical evidence whatsoever, she died 10 years before she got married. Certainly she needs to be detached but that leaves her without her real name. Since there are no other links she should be deleted.
ETA: Got it - she is incorrectly attached and duplicated. See Keziah Cooley
